As a senior associate in the Disputes and Investigations Group, Chris’ practice focused on resolving large-scale, complex and often multi-jurisdictional disputes for large corporates, including a number of FTSE 100 companies, across a wide range of industry sectors. Testimonials

"He is one of the more sophisticated, thoughtful and innovative people in the space. He understands the commercial drivers of a law firm and knows how to fund cases and portfolios. On that front he is widely regarded as one of the leaders in the field. A lot of funders really don't understand that, compared to Neil and Therium."

"Neil is technically excellent, thoughtful and bright."

- Chambers, 2022

"Neil is a class act and no wonder he heads the team, he knows what he is doing."

"They are the market leader as far as funding is concerned. Creative, pragmatic and great to deal with. Even with the challenges of the last year, it's never been a difficult process with them. Always open and upfront and happy to work with the clients. There are always issues that crop up in litigation, and the beauty is that they take the sting out of those situations and keep everyone in the room well adjusted. The way they have dealt with us has been first rate."
